Hotaling & Co.
Formerly known as Anchor Distilling, this San Francisco beverage producer and importer invited us to tell some of their most important client stories. The short films took us around the world and allowed us to dive into their rich history. We also did on and off location photography, executive team portraits, cocktail photography for their portfolio guide, and consulting for an award-winning beverage podcast. All of these projects were done with their Director of Education, marketing wizard, and good friend, Alan Kropf.
The Way of the Cocktail
This project was filmed in Tokyo, Sapporo, and Sendai in Japan as well as San Francisco, Oakland, and New York in the US. It is a short film about Japanese bartending and was presented by Anchor Distilling and Nikka Whisky. It won a Taste award in 2016 for best short film.
