Culinary Central

Here are two videos I shot and edited for Kitchen and Culture.  They introduced the first video as "James Beard award-winning cookbook author Chef Martha Hall Foose of Greewood, MS teams up with James Beard nominated Chef Tory McPhail of Commander's Palace in New Orleans, LA to prepare Broiled Gulf Oysters, West Indies Crab Salad, and Caribbean Grilled Shrimp "Pinchos".


 They introduce the second video as "Chef Susan Spicer of Bayona and Mondo in New Orleans, LA teams up with Chef Glen Hogh of Vega Tapas in Metairie, LA to prepare Grilled Gulf Shrimp with Black Bean Cake and Sizzling Gambas al Pil Pil."
