Second at Congress

I had the opportunity to sit down with Chef David Bull in Austin, Tx and talk about restaurant Second at Congress.  It quickly became apparent that Chef David loved what he is doing.  It definitely translates through his food.  Here are the photos from that day.

Blistered shishito peppers with miso aioli  This is fun to eat with friends because every once in awhile there will be a hot one. Kinda like Russian roulette with peppers.
