Chef Adolfo Garcia just opened not one, but two new restaurants. I was invited to sample the first pizzas out of the oven that was shipped direct from Naples, Italy! I can say that the true neapolitan pizza is amazing. From the dough to authentic topping, chef will be treating his guests with waves of flavor that could previously only be found in Italy. I can't wait for my second visit. Ancora is the new pizzeria /salumeria and High Hat Cafe serves food from the Mississippi Delta region.
