JFCI's New Bistro

The John Folse Culinary Institute open the doors to the new home of The Bistro this semester.  It is open on most Tuesdays and Fridays for dinner durring the semester.  Call 985-449-7091 to get a reservation.  It's a steal at $25 for a three course meal and you get to support the students.  While you're there take a look around.  I have over 60 photos hanging on the walls showing students cooking and the food they made.
