Culinary Road

I love The Beatles.  I love Couchon restaurant in New Orleans.  I got co owner/chef of Couchon Stephen Stryjewski, two of his chefs, and one chef from Herbsaint to join me for a photo shoot just outside the restaurant.  Below is a rockstar chef version of The Beatles Abbey Road album.  This is my entry at IACP in Portland, Or where it will be on display this week.
