Art Culinaire

I was very excited when I received a call from friend, chef, writer, food photographer James Peterson.  He invited me to assist on an upcoming photo shoot for Art Culinaire magazine.   I made my way up to New York and settled in for the location shoot at the Vermillion restaurant.  Below are some photos I quickly snapped between setups.

A classic Indian street food, pani puri.

A trio of desserts.

At Vermillion is one of my favorite restaurants in the city! It has a very unique Indian-Spanish menu and cocktails that are out of the world. Their Pani Puri Margarita is to die for! I hope you got to taste some too.
