Jacket and Tastebuds Required

We all know Commander' Palace.  It's always on the list, but it took me years before I visited its culinary grandeur.  We currently have the opportunity, but maybe not the wallet, to visit one of the greatest restaurants in the country.  To add to that resident super star Chef Tory McPhail is in his prime.  He is innovative, playful, and grounded in great technique in the kitchen.  He's also a great guy out the kitchen and lots of fun. (see photo)  Check your calendar and set aside a day to treat yourself to delicious history.
