No Rations Here

With true 40's style Chef John Besh's restaurant at the WWII museum is a true piece of wartime nostalgia.  Aptly named The American Sector, it provides a new twist on dishes that were distant memories.  I enjoyed the playful presentation of tomato soup served in a tin can accompanied by a grilled ham and cheese sandwich.  The centrally located bar also provides classic soda fountain drinks like an egg cream.  It is worthy of a visit for a nice bite of variety served with a side of days gone by.
