To Belgium We Go

The Westbank in New Orleans is the last place I expected to find a Belgian restaurant, let alone a good one.  Yet on Whitney avenue I had a great version of mussels and frites. Make sure to stop in at Clementine Belgian Bistro and try the mussels or a crepe with one of the many Belgian beers available.
